Can I buy base malt from OneMalt?
While we would love to sell to everyone, we sell to licensed breweries and distilleries only within a specific area from our distribution center. Click here for a better idea of where we can sell as of today.
Can I buy less than a pallet at a time?
No, building a pallet with multiple products, or breaking down a full pallet into single bags costs time and money. Not to mention, breaking down pallets or stacking bags by hand increases the likelihood of damage during handling or shipping. That said, in order to keep our costs down, we only sell full pallets, maximum of two per order.
Do you mill malt?
No
Do you offer payment terms?
No. Offering payment terms and managing receivables takes a team of people that money, which would hinder our ability to provide our base malt at an economical price. We only accept credit or debit card transactions for our base malt through our website. Good news is, it's kinda like terms and you can rack up miles/points from whatever card you want!
Is there a number I can call to speak with someone and make an order?
In order to keep our overhead costs down, and thus your price low, we do not have a call center. All orders for base malt can be placed online.
Do you price match?
We doubt anyone can come close to our price for bagged base malt by the pallet. However, if you provide a legitimate quote or competitor invoice (inclusive of freight) , we will review and get back to you. Send a copy to pricing@onemalt.com and we'll check it out.
